Welcome to my Crafting Insanity!

Okay... I stole this idea for a craft blog from my friend Amy (thanks Amy) -- so I am going to try and get one going as well. I am not exactly a great blogger with one blog, so we will see how having two goes. I am such an anything crafting, decorating, Martha Stewart, have to have a project, idea freak that I thought it sounded like fun to have a place to share what I am doing or have finished and post the patterns for other people to enjoy... stuff like that. I guess I am just so obsessed that I want everyone else to be obsessed with me! :) Maybe eventually I will turn it into a place where everyone can post and share ideas and projects etc. I haven't quite decided what I am really going to do with this place yet... what I do know is that it will be about CRAFTING!! So I hope that this will turn into something great!!

On a crafting note... I went to Michael's last night to check out the new Martha Stewart Crafts line of merchandise that came out recently -- and I LOVED IT!! I think I have to have one... no... TWO of everything. You can check out the website that I linked to see the complete line of supplies for crafting, packaging, entertaining, organizing, scrapbooking and more. I really loved the glitter, favor boxes for parties, stamping stuff, organizing boxes and I could keep lisitng things -- but those were just a few of my favorites. The prices range... Somethings I thought were a great price for what you were getting and others seemed a little expensive. But I don't really care... I will have all of it!! The bummer is that most of the Michael's stores are not letting you use the coupons for the M.S. stuff.... hopefully it is just because it is brand new and eventually we will be able to use them. However, I have heard from some of the people on the Martha Stewart message boards that some of the Michael's are taking the coupons -- so who knows.

I am starting to get more and more excited about this craft blog... It will be fun to have a place that I can let all the built up crafting ideas flow! :) So... hopefully I can get a good thing going here! HAPPY CRAFTING!!!
